Situated on a quiet road close to the city centre and train stations and convenient to Manchester Airport. Less than a minute's walk away is a variety of English, Italian, Arabic, Asian, and Vegetarian restaurants.
Very conveniently located hotel close to city centre, train and coach station. University within walking distance, Manchester city centre is two miles away. Old Trafford is just a short ride away with regular buses passing close to hotel on match days. Maine Road is also within walking distance of the hotel.
On the both sides of the hotel there is lush green lawn with benches for the sunny summer reading and for the children, there is a playing area in the garden of the hotel.
Please note this is a non alcoholic hotel and also, some parts of the property are under refurbishment.

From Manchester airport, take A56 then M6,and M56 take the A6010 Wilmslow road, turning right into Park Crescent and the hotel appears on the right. Or from M56 take M60 Ring Road and follow A34 for City Centre after crossing A6010 take first left into Denison Road. Victoria Park Hotel is at the bottom end on your left in Park Crescent.
